    RMSpumptools commit to ensuring the standard required is the standard reached, through the establishment, documentation, implementation, maintenance and improvement of a quality management system (QMS).

    We have adopted a process approach to quality management, ensuring customer requirements are met and customer satisfaction is sustained. The sustained success of RMSpumptools depends on our ability and commitment to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our services and products whilst adapting to meet the ever changing present and future needs of our customers.

    Management have committed to the continuous improvement of the quality management system focused on safety and efficiency, ensuring quality objectives are established through regular management reviews. Our quality management system satisfies all of the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 and BS EN 13980 and is continuously reviewed for suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.

    Certifications, Accreditations & Awards
 

ISO 9001
RMSpumptools quality management system is certified by Sira Certification in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001 requirements. In conjunction with the ISO 9000 series, this standard provides the fundamental principles and requirements against which we have set our management system.

 

FM Approvals
RMSpumptools Type 235 & 240 Electrical Wellhead Penetrator Systems are certified with FM Approvals, USA for use in potentially hazardous environments. This Penetrator System is certified as explosion proof for use in Class I, Division 1, Groups C&D hazardous locations and is rated at temperature Class T6, IP66.

 

EU Directive 94/9/EC (ATEX)

For products used in potentially hazardous environments. RMSpumptools Electrical Split Phase Wellhead Connector, Type 235 & 240 Electrical Wellhead Penetrator Systems, Electrical Topside Angled Connector and Type 28 Wellhead Cable Gland have all been certified in accordance with this legislation and the requirements of BS EN 13980.

 

IECEx

In July 2011, RMSpumptools Electrical Split Phase Wellhead Connector achieved certification with IECEx for use in potentially hazardous environments worldwide.

INMETRO

RMSpumptools Electrical Split Phase Wellhead Connector and Electrical Topside Angled Connector are both certified with TÜV Rheinland, Brazil - for use in potentially hazardous environments.

 

Gost-R

RMSpumptools are actively working towards certifying their Electrical Split Phase Wellhead Connector in accordance with the Russian GOST-R and RTN standards for use in potentially hazardous environments. This project and certification is expected to be achieved in the last quarter of 2011.

 

Queens Award
