As part of our commitment to continuous improvement we have introduced a new online Customer Feedback Module. This simple yet effective tool collates performance ratings for Planning & Delivery, Product Quality, Facilities & Testing etc and gives the customer the opportunity to submit feedback and suggestions.

The module itself was launched recently and will be extensively rolled out over the next few months with the data constantly being analysed and fed back into our quality system.
