Earlier this month Petrominerales announced another oil discovery - Guala-1, in their Deep Llanos Basin in Colombia. With a potential net oil pay of 47 feet indicated at a depth of 12,342 feet, Guala-1 is Petrominerales largest oil discovery this year. We are delighted to announce that RMSpumptools Packer and Wellhead Penetrators have been selected for this project, reinforcing the importance Petrominerales are placing on performance and reliability.

All RMSpumptools packer penetrators contain our field-proven gas-tight and permanently energised pressure barriers and can be manufactured directly onto the MLE to minimise connections and maximise product integrity. Our single mandrel packer penetrator system offers either harsh environment technology or positive pressure technology, providing a choice for greater compatibility. Our split-phase packer penetrator is ideal for situations where space restricts the use of a single mandrel packer penetrator.
