Our first COOEC/CNOOC connector installations for the JZ31-1 project in the Bohai Sea, China. We provided the EFL’s (Electrical Flying Leads) connecting to the Subsea Tree, SCM (Subsea Control Module) & Manifold. This is the first shallow water Xmas Tree development in the area and is a major breakthrough in the field of offshore oil engineering applications. The system offers complete 360 protection, which can effectively avoid the risks caused by the dragging of fishing nets and the lowering of anchors to the underwater production system. We are delighted to be part of this initial phase and look forward to phase 2 of the project.
